1. Name a beauty regime that you rarely do?
I have never self tanned before! I want to try but because I’m naturally quite fair, I’m worried it will look too excessive or strange! I also don’t often use body lotion/moisturiser at all, only when my skin is really really dry during winter.

2. Is washing your make-up brushes something that you do regularly?
Unfortunately no, and I know how bad that is! =( But on a day-to-day basis I don’t use that many brushes so I feel as though it could be a lot worse, especially since I use my fingers to apply my base makeup! I think if I was using the exact same foundation brush for an extended period of time, that would be way too unhygienic! =O

3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
It depends on what kind of nail polish I have on! If it’s a nude/neutral shade where it isn’t extremely obvious then I will probably last a maximum of about a week and a half. If it’s a bright or dark shade then I wouldn’t last long at all, I would take it off as soon as possible!

4. How long will you put off buying/replacing a beauty product, even if you need it?
Not that long! I will buy it as soon as I get the chance to. =) Especially if I need it, then I will definitely go out of my way to pick it up again!

5. What is your worst beauty habit?
Linking back to the second question, it’s definitely not washing my brushes often enough! I always make it a habit when I purchase new brushes but after awhile, I put it off for such a long time! =P

6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?
Just general cleaning. My room is quite neat and tidy already but it’s not as spick and span as I’d like it to be! I usually do an annual clean out of my entire room but I skipped over it last year because I just felt too lazy! =/

7. When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready to the last minute?
Never! I like taking my time to get ready! =) I think it’s really therapeutic and it’s just fun to play around with makeup, trying to make it as flawless as I can! Because I don’t go out that often on occasions where I want to wear heavier makeup, I like to take my time whenever I get the chance to!

8. Can you commit to spending bans?
It depends how intense it is! Not buying makeup for an entire year, I definitely can’t do but I could probably go a good few months without a shopping trip even though it’d be quite difficult!

9. How organised is your make-up and nail polish collections?
It is partly organised! My lip drawer and nail polishes are organised because everything is relatively the same shape! However, my eye makeup drawer is not organised at all. =( It was, until I started purchasing more products, so now it’s hard to rearrange everything neatly and make it all fit! =P I need to work out how to separate everything really soon so it can be more neat LOL.

I really missed doing tags, I hope you liked this one! Please do go ahead and post up your answers to these questions yourself! =)

Me too! I forget to as well. 😦 I guess I should try and get into the habit! I’m worried that it’d be too obvious as well, or be too orange. I’m definitely not too fussed too, but just because I don’t want to deal with changing foundations etc! 😛

I need to get into the habit to be honest! Yes me too:( see too many Orange people to know I don’t want to look like that. I thought exactly the same, would mean buying foundations etc. in new shades which is too much hassle for me at the moment x

Self tanning seems scary, but I promise it’s not that terrible! If you want to try it out, I recommend the Jergens Tanning Mousse, mostly because it only stays on for a couple of days. It will make an obvious difference, especially the first and second day, but after that it will wear off quickly.

Thank you for the suggestion! 😀 I’m just worried it will be too orange or look strange on me and I don’t want it to stand out too much LOL, especially if it’s the first time!

Yeah, the Jergens one is actually quite nice and is definitely not too orange haha. Your hands might seem a little bit orange when you’re applying but you wash them and it comes right off!

Fun tag! I am with you on taking my time to get ready 🙂 but I am obsessed with washing my brushes after every use. It helps I have this Sigma glove that seriously cuts washing to mere minutes so it never dread it and it makes it fun lolol xoxo Janet

Thank you Janet! 😀 Haha I love getting ready! Wow, you are so dedicated! I wish I was like you LOL, my brushes need a wash asap. Oh, I’ve seen those gloves around but I’ve never picked one up myself! I wish I found it as fun as you do HAHA. 😛

I see your answer for #2 again LOL I don’t know why I love washing my brushes; it just feels relaxing for me. Cleaning is also something that I put off, all the time! but whenever I start cleaning/organizing, I don’t stop until everything is done because I don’t like doing different parts per day. Hehe will definitely do this tag too! 🙂

Awesome post. I too don’t moisturiser that often 🙈 n then complain that my skin is dry. I have gotten better at washing my brushes,I have so many that the thought of them not being clean bothers me xx

Thank you! 😀 Haha I know, I get really sad that my skin is dry even though I don’t moisturise it! 😛 That’s so good that you’re better at it now! My brush collection isn’t extensive already so I can only imagine how much more intense it would be if it was! :O

I’m the same with the brushes and self tan. I’ve tried a few fake tans on my legs first so I can cover it if it looks weird and it’s always too orange for me. I quite like the pale look though so I’ve just given up on trying more.

That’s exactly what I’m afraid of, I don’t want it to turn orange on me! :O I don’t mind the pale look either, I just get curious to see how I’d look with a tan LOL! Especially since I don’t like going to the beach during summer either so I’m just pale all year! 😛

I’m pretty good about following beauty regimens once I start, really bad about washing my brushes, cannot bear chipped nails, my makeup is a total disaster, I have waaay too much and I would really like to return to my total body cleans pretty soon.
    Thanks for this-it a very eye-opening exercise! 🙂

Haha we are so alike on those parts! 😀 At least you stick to your beauty regimens, that’s really good! Body cleans sound interesting, I’ve never tried one before! :O And you’re welcome!

My daughter in law did a body cleanse, it helped her migraines and she lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks. I found out about it from her and tried it. I’ve never felt so good and also lost 10 pounds in in 4 weeks. We used kale, carrots and berries. We also drank coconut water all day. It’s a good one! A month is as long as you should go without protein. 🙂 Just in case you might like to know. And I had a pretty nice juicer which helps! 🙂

Wow, that sounds great and I’m so happy the both of you had such great results! I only drink green juices once a week and I love using kale too! It wouldn’t work well for me in the long run though since I’m a weightlifter so I need my protein! :O

Yeah, the lack of is the problem. I’m thinking about adding some raw green beans like the ones in power salads…:) What do you think?

To save you having to worry about regular washing Primark sell a spray brush cleanser and I think it works brilliantly. It removed any major bacteria and will gave me a quick way to clean them in-between washing 🙂
