My Top 5 Favourite Beauty YouTubers ♡

MyTop5FavouriteYouTubers

I have YouTube to thank for introducing me to makeup back in 2008! I remember just being so fascinated by how complicated it all seemed and all the steps the major beauty gurus took to create a full face makeup look. I never actually started to experiment with makeup on myself until 2010 but I still watched videos religiously just because I thought makeup was so magical and beautiful!

I’ve narrowed my list down to 5, I believe all of these YouTubers are truly so talented and gifted at what they do! =) I could totally watch them all day!

ChloeMorello

Chloe is a fellow Aussie beauty guru who is a complete doppelgänger of Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl). I love how her uploads cover both the natural and wearable looks as well as the more fun, dramatic and non-wearable makeup looks. She is so incredibly talented and I think she is the queen of brows and winged eyeliner. She nails both every single time! She is also just such a fun and entertaining person to watch.

NikkieTutorials

Nikkie is a Dutch beauty guru and like Chloe, she is so fun to watch. She has an amazing personality with a great sense of humour so all of her videos are very entertaining to watch. I feel that she is a really unique makeup artist and has a signature look that I just totally adore! She does a lot of celebrity inspired looks and they never cease to amaze me.

JungSaemMool

This is the perfect channel to watch Korean style makeup tutorials! JungSaemMool is a famous makeup artist in Korea who has worked on many K-pop artists. A lot of the tutorials are of her students applying makeup but they are exceptional nonetheless. They are all so effortless and soft in the way they apply makeup that it’s almost therapeutical to watch! If you’re looking for tutorials on how to do Korean makeup, this is definitely the channel to check out because it is incredibly professional and the makeup skill shown is out of this world amazing.

Pony

I have referenced Pony multiple times but she truly is so amazing at doing makeup! She explains all the steps taken very clearly and she gives tips along the way to help beginners. I am absolutely obsessed with every makeup look she does. Not only does she make incredible videos, her Instagram account is also definitely one to follow! Her photos are breathtakingly stunning just like she is.

LisaEldridge

Lisa Eldridge is a well known makeup artist who has worked on a countless number of A-list celebrities and you can totally see why! You can completely see her expertise in the makeup field in all of her videos and I totally wish I could apply my makeup as professionally as she does. You can just tell that she is a really genuine and honest person, which are qualities that I completely respect. Check out her channel if you want to apply makeup exactly like a celebrity makeup artist!

Let me know if you watch these YouTubers too and who your favourite YouTubers are! =) ♡

Ooooo beauty YouTubers. I’ve watched Chloe Morello, but haven’t the rest, I’ll check them out. I’m always keen to find new beauty Youtubers. Great post, Dorkchops! ❤

So I know this comment isn’t related or maybe a little, as I’m about to just briefly talk about Korean beauty products. But ever since reading your post about your skincare routine, and seeing the AHA beauty store in person lol – I just can’t stop thinking about it now! I’m so keen to try everything! Even the gel moisturiser that you have!!! I’m not sure if I talked about it in my other comment, I have oily/combination skin so I was contemplating on getting it. But, very keen 😀

It’s related hehe I don’t mind anyway, you can comment about anything. 😛 Aw that’s so sweet! You should totally buy stuff from the store, especially considering that the masks are such a steal! The gel moisturiser is seriously amazing. I have oily/combo skin too and it’s so nice because it’s not heavy on the skin at all! ❤ Out of everything from my skincare post, I think that's my top pick! 😀

The only one of these that I know is Lisa Eldridge so I will definitely check the others out. I’m a massive fan of Pixiwoo on YouTube, they were the very first youtubers I watched and through them I found So many others. I love fleur de force for her reviews, we have similar taste so I tend to trust her opinions and I also like michelle1218 she does really good tutorials! I’m such a YouTube nut!

I haven’t heard of these youtubers, but I will definitely watch them. I love tutorials for makeup, but I haven’t actually tried any looks out! I always tend to wear the same style of makeup – will watch these and see what changes I can make to my makeup routine 😀
    Thanks!!!

Yay! NikkieTutorials! I love her vids and I’ve started to try out more daring makeup looks as a result. I also like Shaaanxo’s vids, especially the ones where you get to see a million different lipstick shades being swatched (I find those videos so relaxing for some reason.)

Yes! I love the way Nikkie applies her makeup! It’s so flawless! 😀 So happy to hear she inspired you! I love Shan’s swatch videos too! ❤ It's so weird that we find it relaxing LOL but I feel the same way! It's so fun to see all the different colours, she literally suits ANY lip shade!

OMG! I LOVE Lisa Eldridge! She is everything and her vintage makeup collection is AMAZING! She’s so talented and I loved her Biba makeup series where she actually used the vintage makeup on a model! Thanks for sharing!!!

Seriously! I always want to play around with my Biba goodies, but then think to myself “remember Lisa’s disclaimer! Don’t do it!” LOL!!!! Vintage makeup is so fascinating!! Did you ever read the book “Compacts and Cosmetics” by Madeleine Marsh? I found out about it from Lisa’s channel and it is so interesting! I think it is only like $1.99 for a digital copy on iTunes/iBooks!

I looooove Nikki and Lisa. I also love Julia Graf and Michelle Phan. I first started watching Michelle like 10 years ago LOL. She has come a long but so has everyone you and I have mentioned. They have given me tons of inspiration for makeup looks. And have learned so much from watching them. I one day hope to be just as good as Nikki and Julia. They are so talented and gorgeous with and without makeup. And I’m new to your blog like about 10 minutes new and I’ve read about 10 posts so far. Love it.

LOL omg yes Michelle Phan is like the queen of makeup on YouTube. I watched her so long ago too! She was probably one of the first YouTubers I watched! YouTube has definitely opened so many doors and offered great opportunities for a lot of beauty gurus, it’s so inspiring! 😀 You will definitely be just as great as Nikki and Julia, no doubt about it! Thank you so so much for reading so many of my posts! ❤ It's so motivating to know that. 😀
